Products or Pages not working correctly?

If a product's pictures, price, description, sku, or other information looks a bit funky or something isn't loading correctly please let us know! We are only human and mistakes can happen so we'd love to make sure everything is working correctly. Please Contact Us, select "Something's Broken" and let us know the problem so we can take a look at the issue.

You used to stock, or I can't find, or I'm looking to buy "insert game here"?

The webstore is constantly changing and growing, sometimes products become discontinued by the manufacturer or perhaps there's something new we haven't added to the store yet. Please Contact Us, select "Product Enquiries and Requests" and let us know what it is you can't find or if it's something you'd like us to look into stocking and we'll get back to you.

How do the Trusted Fulfilment Partner products work?

Our Fulfilment Partners automatically receive a notification when you purchase any products with this tag and will separately pick, pack and send your ordered items independently to any regular items you order from us. You will receive a tracking number for all TFP items alongside your tracking number from us if you purchased a mixture of products meaning you will receive one shipment from them, and one shipment from us.

I have a Gift Certificate from your old website how do I use it?

Unfortunately due to the switch to Shopify we have no way of automatically applying the old Gift Certificates. We are still honouring existing certificates however so please Contact Us, select "Old Webstore Gift Certificate" and be sure to include your name and voucher code and we'll be in touch.
