Shipping policy

War and Peace Games will usually send items within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed except on Weekends or Public Holidays. Postage covers both tracked delivery via Australia Post or in some rare cases Couriers. A tracking number will be sent via email. The $10 Flat Rate covers delivery to anywhere in Australia.

The $200 Free Shipping will be automatically applied to your cart when the threshold has been met.

The $20 Express Post Option is available for orders under 2kg. If the order is over 2kg then we will contact you via email or phone to advise, refund the downgrade difference to the Flat Rate, and send your order via regular post. The Free Shipping threshold does not apply to the Express Post Option if selected.

New Zealand

War and Peace Games will usually send items to New Zealand within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed except on Weekends or Public Holidays. Postage covers both tracked delivery via Australia Post or in some rare cases Couriers. A tracking number will be sent via email. The $25 New Zealand Flat Rate covers delivery to anywhere in New Zealand.

No Express Post Option is available for New Zealand.

New Zealand Import Duties &/Or Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

• All items are sent with "Authority to Leave" by default.
• The advised freight timelines above are guidelines for regular operation. There may be minor delays during peak times such as Christmas or during large Pre-Order fulfillment events.
• Please note that War and Peace Games or any staff members of the business are not liable for loss/;damage of any items. Everything is sent at purchasers risk.
• Pick up in store is permitted within certain time frames and days.
• Customer Responsibility for Correct Address: Please note that while we do all that is possible to ship to the correct advised address, it is the customers responsibility to update and use the correct address when entering shipping information. If we are notified to change an address post order we will do our best to amend however we take no responsibility for incorrectly delivered orders.

Shipping for Pre-Orders

If an order contains any Pre-Order items the entire order will be shipped when the pre-order item becomes available. 

Combined Orders

We do not combine separate orders automatically. Postage MUST be paid on all individual orders requiring postage. Should you wish to add items to an existing unfulfilled order please contact us at info@warandpeacegames.com.au and we will endeavor to add these items.

Please note that we can not add additional items to orders that have processed to the postage label stage.

Trusted Fulfilment Partner Orders

Any order placed with any items using the Trusted Fulfilment Partner tag will be automatically picked, packed and sent from our TFP independently to the rest of your order. You will receive a parcel with it's own tracking number as a separate shipment to any regular store items you order at the same time. This means you may receive two tracking numbers and two parcels for one order.

Note Express Post is NOT available for Trusted Fulfilment Partner products at this time.
